While many of TX RX's products and systems are customized to the unique needs of each customer and each application, we do have many standard off-the-shelf products that can serve general needs for the conditioning of RF communications signals. 

As a part of our continuing efforts to improve delivery lead time and better serve our customers with urgent needs on mission critical projects, TX RX have set aside special inventories of our most popular items and will be able to ship them in two days or less.  Please contact TX RX or your local manufacturer’s rep for more details on this Quick Ship Program.


Technical Services

TX RX Systems is one of the only equipment manufacturers to also offer technical support (remote or on-site), not only for our products but for many of your RF system problems.

In addition to helping you expand, reconfigure or troubleshoot your TX RX's equipment, we can help with interference mitigation, as well as pre- and post-sale site evaluation with our Spectrum and Noise Monitoring and Analysis services.

Using our Advanced Spectrum Logging equipment, we can remotely assist you with interference and system issues, saving you significant amounts of time and money. If on-site investigation is required, we can assist with that as well.

Warranty and Repair

TX RX Systems is dedicated to support our customers by providing Customer Service Support for all products.  Our standard warranty period is 1 year, but we also provide cost-effective, timely repairs for all products well beyond the warranty period. We understand the importance of fast turnaround and strive to complete repairs as quickly as possible.

  • Our goal is to complete repairs in less than 10 business days.
  • We offer 6 months' warranty on all repairs.
  • For most of the standard products, we charge a Flat Rate for repairs.
  • We have a full engineering staff to provide technical assistance to identify the root cause of a failure.
  • All repairs will incorporate the latest revisions and updates to our products.
  • If the return of the product to TX RX factory is not feasible or additional support is required, Technical Services (either remotely or at the customer's location) are available for an additional fee. 
  • Our limitation for repairing products resides with the obsolescence and availability of parts and components needed to make repairs.  If we are not able to complete a repair, our sales support team will contact you with possible options for a new product purchase.
