TX RX announcement about COVID-19 pandemic

Greetings to TX RX Customers, Suppliers, and Friends:

On behalf of our entire TX RX team, I am writing to share with you our plan of operation during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our priorities are clear – employee health and safety, and business continuity.

First of all, we are thankful that none of our associates or their IMMEDIATE family members have been infected by the virus.

Second of all, we want you to know that TX RX remains open for business. Our sales team is here to process your orders and address your requests for information. Our factory is fully operational. We are coordinating closely with suppliers and shipping companies to ensure we support our customers’ needs and schedules.

Out of precaution and in compliance with government requirements, we have taken the following steps:

• Implementing telecommuting arrangements for those employees who can perform their job duties remotely.

• Following CDC guidelines in the office and factory for workers who cannot telecommute.

• Postponing all business travels, including all Field Service work.

• Declining all visitors to our office/factory.

We will do our best to maintain “business as usual” to serve our customers, the majority of which are in the Public Safety community. We will keep you updated as we continue to monitor and fine-tune our actions.
