TX RX Systems Inc., is dedicated to support our customers by providing Customer Service Support for all products. Terms and Conditions of Product Sale can be found here. Our standard warranty period is 1 year, but we also provide cost-effective, timely repairs for all products well beyond the warranty period of time. We understand the importance of quick turnaround and strive to complete repairs as quickly as possible.

  • Our goal is to complete customer repairs in less than 10 business days.
  • For products found to be non-repairable, we offer personalized sales support to help with the purchase of newer, updated models.
  • We offer 6 months warranty on all repairs.
  • We have a full engineering staff to help with any technical and/or troubleshooting assistance to identify the root cause of a failure.
  • All repairs will incorporate the latest revisions and updates to our products.
  • The evaluation fee is waived if we proceed with a repair.
  • If needed, we can provide a cost estimate before proceeding with any repair.
  • Your RMA request will be processed in person, with a TX RX Systems representative to assure that we get all the information we need to process your claim efficiently.
  • On Site service is available through our Field Services department for critical applications.  Contact our Field Services department for more information.

Our limitation for repairing products resides with the obsolescence and availability of parts and components needed to make repairs.  If we are not able to complete a repair, our sales support team will contact you with possible options for new product purchase.
